Non-refundable Deposits are REQUIRED when booking for both existing and new clientele , which goes towards your total amount due . MASK AREN’T REQUIRED , but highly suggested . ( if you are experiencing coughing / sneezing / fever , please reschedule. ) When booking PLEASE thoroughly read the descriptions of the ALL SERVICES YOU ARE WANTING TO RECEIVE (add-ons included) , provide contact information , along with the appointment day and time . ALL BRAID STYLES ARE MID-BACK LENGTH , ANYTHING LONGER MUST BE DISCUSSED AND ADDED ON BY CLIENT OR STYLIST. ALL COLOR CLIENTS MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION BEFORE BOOKING FOR COLOR . Questions can be asked thru the website , which I try to answer as promptly as possible ! TARDINESS : There is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment, please be mindful about my time & business . After 10 mins you will be charged an additional $10 . ( no exceptions ) After 20 mins , your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled , CANCELLATIONS : if for any reason you might need to cancel , please let me know AT LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appt time . no call - no show results in being BLOCKED from all future services .
